About Alice

I have been working as a Personal Trainer for 6 years (qualifying with YMCA Fit London) and a Yoga Instructor for 5 years (qualifying with Cat Kabira). Alongside this I am attuned to working with Reiki energy.

My personal and professional mission is to unveil the secrets to living and embodying the true radiant self with a feminine approach. Eating disorders, yo-yo dieting and general self-loathing, are an unnecessary epidemic within western society. Over the past 10 years, I have devoted myself to transmuting my dysfunctional relationship with my body, I have travelled the world teaching and I have studied ancient yogic sciences with great teachers, as well as continuing my research into modern forms of fitness and well-being.

My feminine approach to fitness has led me to the conclusion that we need to be nourished body, mind and soul. And that is why my sessions always focus on utilising breath, combining strength, flexibility & cardio, and relaxation. I also take into account our cyclical nature, and encourage clients to listen to the true needs of their bodies.

My biggest success comes when the people that I am working with, discover that they are so much more than what they look like, and start to reclaim the power that lies within their body! That is when the biggest breakthroughs happen.

My own quest for external beauty also lead me to the depths of my own body, and there I discovered a whole new experience of being inside my body.
