Indulge in a day of self-care and relaxation through soothing yoga, mindfulness and summer solstice journaling.

Immerse yourself in the serene atmosphere and let go of all your worries!

Our experienced instructor Alice Bowmaker will help you to find inner stillness and calm, with mindful focused meditation and breath-work.

Be guided through gentle yoga poses and to reconnect to yourself and put everyone else’s needs to the side.

Revisit those Spring intentions and reflect on the arrival of summer with guided journaling exercises whilst drinking tea, helping to move into the new season with balance and compassion.

Alice Bowmaker

Alice is a yoga instructor, personal trainer, mixed modality healer and cyclical living mentor. She has worked internationally, teaching, leading retreats and workshops since 2013. Her experience with an eating disorder at an early age, led her on a long path of healing. And through that lived experience she gathered the knowledge and tools needed (but not taught to women) to feel full empowered and alive in her body. She now passes on all that she has learned to other women.
